LONDON: Dal Khalsa UK, an anti-India Sikh militant organisation, issued an absurd claim here on Sunday that the assassination attempt on Lt-General (retd) KS Brar in London on September 30 was "staged" by India's external espionage agency, Research & Analysis Wing (RAW).
"The UK Sikh community believes (the event) was a staged attack by Hindutva Indian intelligence agency RAW and General Kuldeep Brar, the war criminal who led the tyrannical Indian Army into Sikhism's holiest shrine Sri Harmandar Sahib (Golden Temple in Amritsar) in 1984," the Dal Khalsa statement said.
