Did you know today is NOT the real day of Bandhi Chorh Divas ?Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji reached Amritsar at the end of February which was NOT the day of the Diwali.Due to Brahmanical influences over the years Bandhi Chorh Divas was joined with the festival of Diwali yet not many know this.Even though today the Kaum celebrates on Diwali a time will come once the PANTH is free that we will mark our historical dates on set dates as long as we are not free every aspect of the destiny of this Kaum shall be controlled by external forces.Coming back to Bandhi Chorh Divas we remember the 6th master's release from jail lets aim to free ourselves and the Sikh Nation for it's ultimate freedom not only this lets also remember Sri Guru Nanak Saihb was also jailed for speaking out against tyranny at one point why should we not speak out??Congratulations to all who are marking the occasion today..
