We have some singers and indeed Sikh Youths who think by wearing a Khanda alone will make them a Sikh,you always hear the line 'oh im Sikh' and they either pull out a Khanda Chain or a Kara.Our people need to wake up and learn what the Khanda and Kara actually stand for this is the very same Khanda our forefathers carried in to battle on the holy Nishan Sahibs,the very Kareh we wore were worn by our forefathers and Shaheeds such as Baba Deep Singh Ji,Baba Banda Singh Bahadur,Maharaja Ranjit Singh,Shaheed Hari Singh Nalwa,Shaheed Udham Singh,Shaheed Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale,and millions of others but how many of us actually look at our Karas/Khanda and remember the Shaheeds and what the ideology behind our Sikh Ethos is??????? Its time to get a reality check and wake up!
