Veer Ji Jathedar Sardar Balawnt Singh Ji Rajoana took up arms against the tyrannical Hindutva Indian System & it's constitution after becoming a rebel.When Veer Ji had to face the courts of the enemy he continued to reject the constitution & said that by appealing in these courts,I will not insult the martyrdom & Shaheedi of my brothers.
The stand which Veer Ji took at the beginning he is taking now,Veer Ji's rejection of the constitution has even led to experts speaking out on the issue in the Pehrhdaar Newspaper the analysis that Sardar Jaspal Singh Ji Heran has written is being shown to you all.Our Nation need to think one day that on which path will we achieve our aim.By taking up arms against the constitution and then fighting cases under this so called constitution.How can this happen???
ਵੀਰਜੀ ਸ. ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਜੀ ਜਿੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ, ਇਸ ਸਿਸਟਿਮ ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਗੀ ਹੋਏ ।ਜਦ ਵੀਰਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਦੀ ਕਚਹਿਰੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਵੀਰਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਵੀਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਗਾਂ ।ਵੀਰਜੀ ਦਾ ਜੋ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿਚ ਸੀ ਉਹੀ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਰਿਹਾ। ਵੀਰਜੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਬੁੱਧੀਜੀਵੀ ਵਰਗ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।ਅੱਜ ਪਹਿਰੇਦਾਰ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਸ. ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਹੇਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀਰਜੀ ਤੇ ਜੋ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਲਿਖੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ।ਸਾਡੀ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਸੋਚਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਚਲਕੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ । ਇਸ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਚੁੱਕਣੇ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਇਸੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਧੀਨਗੀ ਕਬੂਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੇਸ ਲੜ੍ਹਣੇ । ਇਹ ਦੋ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ?
